DESCRIPTION:Transition Team Listening Session\n\n\n\nAs you know the Northern Ohio District is in "transition"  between District Executives.  Transition is defined as the process or a period of changing from one state or condition to another.  Some see transition as a bad thing\, not necessarily.  Transition is a time when people and organizations can reevaluate what their direction and mission should be.  A synonym for transition is conversation.\n\n \n\nSo... The District Board would like to invite you to help in the conversation.  We will be holding multiple listening sessions through the next couple months.  \n\nThese sessions will be a time where members of the district and join together and work through a series of questions to then send information back to the District Board.  The board when use this information as we make plans for the future of the district and hiring of a new District Executive.
