Attention Students: You must fill out and sign an application form and mail it to the District Office.  There is an option to pay your fee by credit card.  A second option to "pay by check" is available during "check out". If you are paying by check, please make checks payable to "Northern Ohio District Church of the Brethren" and mail to 1107 East Main Street, Ashland, OH 44805, along with your application.
